Refund Policy

All refunds from cancellation are subject to a period of notice. (read below)

4 Weeks Notice

Requests for a refund more than four (4) weeks before the ghost hunt event will be paid less a 25% cancellation charge (also see online processing charges)  

2 Weeks Notice 

Requests for a refund from four to two weeks prior to Gi5 Group Event will be paid less a 50% cancellation Charge  

Less than 2 weeks 

Less then 2 weeks before an event there will be NO REFUNDS available.  

Full refunds 

A full refund will only be given if the GI5 Group has to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control.

A full refund will be offered or equal value for an alternative venue  

Charges 

Any refunds returned by PayPal will be subject to a fee £5.30 less due to PayPal Charges
